Come to the North of Scotland I know its hard to believe but after a dodgy start in the morning by 11am it starts to clear up still have lovely clear blue skys dont know what Rons complaining about ,he lives in the wrong part of Scotland .
The further North you go the closer you get to the Big Yin and he looks down on us in the North

Today was mixed down here, sun, rain, wind and more rain with the odd sunny spell, it's 10:50pm and blowing like mad, maybe blowing the rain up your way Bill

They would have probably filled in an hour here Shei, went to sleep last night to the sound of the rain absolutely lashing down. Then woke this morning to blue skies and sunshine. The garden pond`s flooded over the top from last nights onslaught

HI All,
What a horrible morning! Up to about 20 minutes ago it was continuous torrential rain,this has reduced to a heavy drizzle and its very dull.At least there is no wind.Temp 10.1C,pressure 998mbs falling slowly.

You know, I've always fancied Scotland but always imagined it being cold and wet (a bit like it is down south). Maybe one day, you never know.

You would love it up here ,beautiful scenary and lots of wildlife to see and if you can get good weather then its great but when its bad then hide .
But would reccomend a holiday up here depending on area that you choose,the Highlands and West Coast are terrific

Bill I told you to move to Suffolk, 1 mile from the sea for lovely walks, a few miles from beautiful forests, 4 miles from Minsmere bird reserve,loads of deer and other animals,and to top it all nice weather. shei.

Hi Sheila, been like that here too!
Its got quite close in the last few hours and there appears to be darker clouds coming over.Weatherstick is stuck in the middle so could go either way this evening

It was nice and warm when the sun was out and freezing cold when it wasn't. I never used to feel the cold - what's going on??? (and before anyone says it I feel younger than my age ..not older)
