It was beautiful here today, warm and sunny. Took my daughter to Trebah gardens as it was their 21st anniversary.
Sat on the top lawn listening to a steel band while a brave trapeze artist suspended herself high in the canopy with what looked like a huge red ribbon!!!
Down to the beach for an ice cream and hand fed a robin.
Saw blue-bells, celandine, violets, ransomes, loads of bumble bees, birds, and I could go on forever..........
Brilliant day, one to remember.

Grey & cloudy first thing, brightened up & sun came out about 9am, sunny all day, then massive thunder storm at about 5.30pm.

Tuesday 22nd April, Sunny no clouds temp in the 60s hubby in garden putting beding plants in. ( still a bit early watch out for frosts) Both Yorkies lying out in yard enjoying the sun. Saffie the bitch was speyed on Friday she is doing ok (ouch my pocket says). My house is South facing so always warm when sun is out.

Lovely, sunny & warm. Took the dogs out for a long walk wearing just T-shirt for the first time this year.

Very nice day here too, warm and sunny. I would have loved to have gone for a walk all day, but had a dental appointment in the middle of the day. Had a nice stroll round Bison Hill this afternoon, though. The temperature was 18C as I came home about 4pm.

I had a cracking day gardening yesterday lots of wildlife about and the good thing is today seems set to be the same kind of day! So looking forward to getting outside on my lunch break to see whats about and oh yer the swallows arrived Monday. Have a good day WABBERS

As per forecast last night It is now chucking it down with a vengeance

So much for the Peacock Butterfly on the patio (hope its tucked up under the gutters somewhere) and the Holly Blue ...........

So much for it being the same kind of day hey lol! It looked fine when i set off to work then 1/2 mile down my 2 mile road the heavens opened up on me, all unprepared Soaked to the bone by the time my lift came and my socks dried out by 3.30 pm and when we arrived at work the heavens then changed back to blue And it was on 7 off all day though my lunch break the heavens shined on me favourably and spent my time watching the swallows darting in and out of our barn , such a magnificent flight display which made up for me looking like a damp squid! Should be a better day t'moz he says

Lovely sunny day all day apart from when it came to unload all my gear - then it went black - thunder and torrential rain - the moment they'd finished the sun came out again Saw my first martin of the year - not quite sure where i was but still Sussex somewhere.

Damp this morning, but more like several very heavy showers than continuous rain. Bit of hail mixed in occasionally. This afternoon odd mixture of sunny intervals and very dark grey clouds - predicted showers didn't occur, but a few rumbles of thunder about 4.45pm.

Hello Been really nice here today warm sunshine had fish and chips in the summerhouse for tea time ,had to put the fan on temp was 33 in there mind you its in a lovely sunny south facing spot with no wind, sheila

Yesterday was absolutely fantastic - today was a damp squib Thunder storms for most of the morning - overcast with showers for the rest of the day so far.

I expected it to be bad here in the midlands today but it was sunny and warm just like Saturday until 4PM and then a nice thunderstorm about 6PM.
