Not a great day at all..It took to long for the sunshine to show its self today ...with rather heavy mist hanging around till lunchtime..With showers expected tomorrow..

Grey & overcast all day, with a short brighter spell mid-afternoon.

No rain as yet, but feels quite cold though.

The last 48 hours has been good and bad yesterday was good nice sunshine blue skies,today started of promising but has reverted tio the norm dismal overcast and brooding grey skies looks like rain again

About 16 degrees outside, feels quite mild though, but completely greyed out.
It's been threatening all day, and now the heavens have opened.
Looks like continual rain for the rest of the day.

HI Everyone,
Its had a very autumnal feel to it today especially this afternoon with the skies the colour of slate with drizzle,it was cool with a slightly raw edge.The Graylags have been calling all afternoon as they settle on some nearby moorland.

They are still calling although its almost dark.Currently its raining lightly,temp 7.6C,8/8cloudcover,pressure 1009mbs steady.

Hi all, what's the weather like here today? Grim!!!

Going to have a go at posting some photos of those cloud formations I saw the other day (please bear with me if it doesn't work - this is my first time of doing this!)

I'm planning on going to Minterne Gardens tomorrow for the same reason....or the wind will take all the leaves before we've been able to appreciate them. Have a good day, Shadowstar!

There were some lovely wispy clouds here this morning, but couldnt really get a good photo as the rooves on the houses opposite got in the way a bit!

Looks like a sunny day in store here, so going to spend some time preparing planting areas for the trees I ordered yesterday (one of which just *had* to be a silver birch - I *love* those!)

Fresh snow on the Cairngorms overnight, but down here in the village it's quite sunny with just the odd very light shower of rain. It's quite nippy though.

We had a small shower earlier but nice and sunny now still walked the dog in a thick coat and sweatshirt.
