| | | Re: sunny day I had a lovely walk with the dog. The ground was saturated still. But there was warmth in the sun. The birds were singing away it really felt like spring. I do hope we get a decent summer this year. |

| | | Re: sunny day Lovely day today in my part of London, I went out for an afternoon walk and felt a little too hot. I don't know what the temperature was but it must have been a degree or two milder than of late. I'm sitting here freezing now though. |

| | | Re: sunny day There can have been very few days since Christmas, on which it has not rained at some time in the 24 hour period, at least it seems that way in the NW. In fact many days, like today, you have needed your lights on in the house, due to the total dense cloud cover. The next few days look like more of the same.
Not very good for getting out with the new camera!! |

| | | Re: sunny day First dry sunny day here as well for ages. Great to get the doors and windows open to air out the house and dry the floors, that badly needed a wash after all the mud being dragged in. Haven't got further than the garden today, but I did manage to walk round and inspect the hellebores that have just started to flower and check the progress of the spring bulbs. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
