Those Wild December Days
Mixing weather lore with poetry:
Drama of those wild December days - Northallerton Today

I'm more interested in the poem (With the Gulf Stream by Gerald Manley Hopkins) than the meteorology but think this is a very interesting article! While December is still with us ....
