Its coming down Cats and Dogs right now ...hopefully

Julie | A possible one is In old Norse weather lore the cat was related to rain and the dog to the wind. so in bad weather it could have come from that.

Its been raining on and off for the last 2 or 3 days here in Cambridheshire. But it never rains for long.

I got a bit wet going to work this morning "on my bike" dull and wet up until 1400,
now at 1600 what a loverly day it is now ,the sun is out and the sky is blue .
This is British weather
