We had a scorcher here yesterday, but its gone back to grey skies and blowing a hoolie today it never lasts long up here.....

Its been grey, wet and generally pretty miserable here in South Beds for the last 10 days or so. I usually go for a long walk two or three times a week, and I've been getting more and more frustrated with the bad weather keeping me indoors.

Finally, today was hot and sunny - at last, I can go for a nice long walk!

Except it's TOO hot and sunny! I got back from my long walk feeling absolutely drained! Please, please, please, somebody turn the sun down three or four degrees!

There's just no pleasing some people, is there!

Dry here today though .... the Indian summer is starting on 1st September
