Documentary about conservation pioneers of the 60's - Peter Scott, Gerald Durrell, Gavin Maxwell etc.
On right now, looks very interesting. |

I'm watching it, and so far it's very interesting - I'm enjoying the stuff on the first wildlife documentaries. |

An excellent programme. Amazing how much attitudes to the environment have changed in such a short time. It also reminded me that I really must read Silent Spring one of these days.
The music was good too, if you're an old hippy like me!

Dear oh dear, that brought back memories, I still have a lump of sea tar from the Canyon. What a mess that was. Good to see Hass and Durrell again.
