Put up or shut up!
Block out the presenters in your mind & just focus on the fab wildlife they're featuring!

I'm not particularly keen on this aspect, and tend to hit the forward button every so often.
Having said that, I do love Kate. I think she is really likeable, she is easy on the ears as well as easy on the eye. I reckon if she were a 'real person', she'd be just the sort of person I'd gel with. She is totally my cup of tea.
I take very little notice whatsoever of Chris Packham, even though he knows his stuff and I do listen to what he says. | The highlighted bit - I would say that the majority of people on this forum and others of it's ilk also don't need to be sold it, but we have to sell programmes like this to those that don't care about the environment, or aren't aware what is on their own doorstep |

Anyway, back to the programme, can't wait to see next week's. Does anyone know who the guest presenter is? | Next weeks guest is, (and i'm quoting from the BBC);
"In Northumberland, wildlife sound recordist Chris Watson is on an audio journey from source to sea of the river Coquet."

Loved the features on the deer & wild cats!
(I used to have a cat who, I was told, was a cross between a wildcat & an ocelot. She was a gorgeous ginger female called Ruby.)

I also loved Chris watson's piece I really hope he releases a cd of his journey down the river - the most relaxing and beautiful sounds I thought.
A good show, Chris plaintively pleading with Mrs Bitey to stop biting him had me crying tears with laughter though he handled the wounding remarkably professionally I thought!
I like the conger eel too and will be pruchasing red tights at some point in the christmas period I think too!
I only wish they had left the geese video piece at the end of the show with no music so I could hear the lovely sound of Brents calling but a small gripe really.
