| | | Re: BBC Autumnwatch 2010 I didn't realise until reading this that Simon King won't be doing Autumnwatch and am very disappointed. His pieces over the years have consistently been the best and the other presenters I have to say I find rather tiresome.

| | | Re: BBC Autumnwatch 2010 The otter coverage was very good, especially the underwater section. The Unsprung was a bit raucous - and that wasn't the starlings!

| | | Re: BBC Autumnwatch 2010 I like the chaos of Unsprung! Although I do wish (as I have said in previous years!) that what'sisname with the hair would get a decent pair of bifocals/varifocals so he wouldn't be forever pushing those glasses up onto his head. It's really irritating! Or he could have a haircut....?
I think I'm going to miss Simon but I do appreciate the idea of having a different guest presenter each week. I personally don't like Chris Packham very much - he seems to try too hard to be clever/jokey and it doesn't work on what I assume from the transmission time is meant to be a grown-up rather than a children's programme.

| Oi watch it, he went to the same school as me, 2 years younger. I much prefer him to the miserable odious dwarf.
