J. | I didn't recognise any names but when folks use an alias its hard to know who is who! I like the sunset view and the two damsels - the osprey is good but I've seen better done by someone else ......... |

Edit - except when I've gone to look online the two damsel shot isn't there - it wasn't chosen ...... now thats a bummer I liked that ..........

The Osprey is very good, but once you have seen Miguel Lasa's osprey pics (IMHO) you have seen the best...
Still, they all entered, which is more than I did - so I should probably keep my opinions to myself

| | | Re: Countryfile Photographic Comp 2010 I liked the 'Pot of Gold' one with the golden foliaged trees at the end of the rainbow. Though I liked magic dragon (because of the lighting) I would have preferred that the dragon was facing the other way.
The others really lovely too but for me the rainbow moment was the most magic, a chance shot that would have been impossible to plan. I definately prefer the shots that could never have been planned for, waited for (or even staged).
Have to say though I dislike the butterfly/ out of focus child shot, the two images distract too much from each other for me.
