Has anyone else viewed these bunch of cowboys who can't tell a bumblebee from a wasp? Presumably anyone can set up as a 'pest controller' much like the detestable estate agents.

I've just had a look at their website. Where does the bumblebee/wasp issue arise from?

The boy was sent out to deal with a supposed wasp nest that was troubling builders, when he arrived it was obviously a bumblebee nest under some guttering. Boy rings big brother and says they are bees not wasps, big brother says what sort of bees, little brother says 'big ones' but as builders are allegedly being stung by bumblebees! (my comments) they carry on and poison the lot. Their knowledge of cockroaches is pretty good but not bees.
