this would also be invaulable for sports as we could lose the inane babling of the "experts" but retain the crowd noise and atmosphere.

I've been counting the weeks since christmas...(first mention ) to the broadcast of Springwatch and gosh, how I've enjoyed it. Many thanks to the team for including skylarks and their chicks 'electric' hairstyle.
The show was all the more enjoyable by the presence of Mr Games who has rapidly taken on the role of my own personal hearthrob. Mwah! | Thanks Snowdrop. Any day that you put a smile on someone's face is a day well spent. TBH I was a bit tippsy when I posted. Woke up next morning thinking I had offended half the forum
I agree with you on the skylark chicks, they're superb. |

She looked really quite peeved, and then by the time they went on to the next bit about the greenfinch nest not being cleaned properly (she was saying it wasn't, he was saying it was), old Kate was almost hysterical, and in fact said as much!
Did anyone else notice, or was it just me?! | I think you are making a big deal out of nothing tbh... Considering the show is live and mostly ad lib'd I think they generally do a great job!
Seems to me there is a bit of snobbery here, which considering this forum is for nature lovers, comes as a surprise to me! |

yes the show is live and adlib , but they are alledgely profesionals and imo ought to subscribe to the theory that if they havent got anything interesting and informative to say , it might be better to say nowt.
