Yes, I like her as well I hope she's back soon, after the birth of her baby. Coast is another of my favs as well.

I think it's named after the channel it's on, BBC1. The One Show isn't bad, they have some good guests, and if it gets more of 'Joe and Jane Public' into wildlife, then great.

Yeah, is it Mike Dilger that does the regular slots on the ONE show? I seem to remember that at Bird Fair I almost literally reversed into him at the RSPB stand as I just hadn't noticed he was there. About my only claim to fame, and a tenuous one at that

I think he might write the Nature's Calendar book which gives a good idea of stuff to see around the UK throughout the year. Just to say there are many good other nature books out there, I'm in no way connected to him or the publishers, yadda yadda yadda
