| | | Re: Victorian Farm The programme does make me appreciate how well off I am. With five of us in the house there is a ton of washing as it is, if I had to do all that lot by hand it would be an absolute nightmare!
I imagine living that lifestyle would make you appreciate the simple things more and become very resourceful. I loved the basket made of oak and would love to learn how to do that. |

| | | Re: Victorian Farm Resurrecting an old thread, I'm thoroughly enjoying the repeats of this series, currently showing on Beeb 2. The presenters' dedication to detail was impressive - though I did wonder if they would step out of Victorian mode if the life of one of the animals was in danger.
