I saw the thumb nail photo at the top of the page with the white resupinate fungus on it, and thought the poster wanted to know what it was, but after logging in and 'searching for posts' in connection with the photo, I realise you only want the name of the tree.
Anyway, the tree is called Fred, but the white fungus could be a Dendrothele species. (or it might just be bird poo)
