Chamaenerion angustifolium or Epilobium angustifolium
Fireweed, Great Willow-herb.

It has simply gone over, or been pollinated and leaving its leaves for the last of the sun to feed (photosynthesis) or vice versa if it was taken before putting out its flowers.
