I agree that your plant is a Cherry (Prunus), though what variety/species is very difficult to say without seeing flowers and/or a mature tree.

As the leaves are toothed I'd suggest that this is (Purging) Buckthorn Rhamnus catharticus. |

Like Leifus, I did consider Buckthorn but wasnt completely convinced.
But a good second look often solves the problem, and I am happy to go along with your suggestion of Buckthorn - Ramnus cathartiica.
