Ornamental tree ID please
Hi, could anyone help me with the ID of this tree please. It was planted in an arbouretum, beautiful colours & fruit

It's a species of Spindle; possibly our native one, Euonymus europaeus, though there are some similar speies in cultivation if this is taken in an arboretum.

I did wonder if it was a Spindle, it was the only tree I knew of that had fruits like that. Thanks for your help, much appreciated

Yep, spindle, they're really standing out in the hedgrows round here now (Somerset) with their deep red leaves and unusual pink/orange friuts.
