Is this Himalayan Tree Cotoneaster or H. lacteus?

It's actually Waterer's Cotoneaster, Cotoneaster x watereri - the hybrid between Himalayan Tree Cotoneaster & Willowleaf Cotoneaster, C. salicifolius.

I'm not sure about that - it's just that I get very frustrated if I can't identify anything I come across, and Cotoneasters are a frequent part of urban plant-hunting. They're really not that hard once you familiarise yourself with the commoner species
