Full of interesting facts.
Interesting bit about how Pagans had their sites around Yew trees as the trees were part of their rituals, and that the christians usurped the Pagan sites to build their churches, Hence, the reason why so many churchyards contain Yew trees.

especially and it would be a waste, as the poor old beech among others would quickly be lost due to climate change something about climax planting or forestry?
