trees and sap
Hi
I am writing a pic book about trees can anyone tell me which tree needs less sap then an oak tree to survive or any tree which needs much more sap than any otheres to survive?

I think pine trees have their sap to be able to survive at higher altitudes than broad leaved trees. or something like that. Maybe a google or wiki could help
