Leaves look like holm oak - Quercus ilex. Bark doesn't seem right though

It looks like a cultivated Holly tree to me, but I'm unsure of which one, perhaps someone with more knowledge will be able to ID it for you.

I'll agree with holly. I have seen a lot recently but there's so many cultivars it gets confusing   |

It's Highclere Holly, Ilex x altaclerensis; they're planted quite often, but usually as one of the variegated cultivars and they mostly seem to be shrubs rather than trees. | | |
