Hi guys,

I'm trying to improve my tree id skills but not sure about this one. Can anyone help? Cheers

Did it have yellow catkins?

I'm fairly sure that's a Hazel.. if you had close ups of the buds it would help!

And it's got honeysuckle twining up it!

Thanks for the help, appreciate it! I didn't realise about the honeysuckle either! I'm afraid I didn't manage to get a close up photo of the catkins or buds, but i'm pretty sure the catkins were yellow.

With trees in winter you can often find a few leaves below - they
will give a clue as to their shape.
