Hi,
Can someone help me ID this tree please? 
Alos, does anyone know what sort of impact the roots of this tree may have on housing foundation or concrete?

It looks like a corkscrew willow, Salix tortuosa.

It is a Twisted Willow (Salix babylonica var. pekinensis 'Tortuosa') |
