Lime Tree avenue ID's please

Hi

I photographed these three on friday on Lime tree avenue, clumber.Any help and advise appreciated.

The first one I thought I had seen the splitting cap like that before but I can't find where. cap around 1.5 cm stem about 3 cm. The very few spores I got were brown and measured 10/11 X 6u.



The next I'm sure I've seen on here before but can't find it. About 6mm accross.



The next was , cap 3-4 cm across, stem 5-6 cm X 4-6 mm.Again very few spores but what I did get are pale/cream and measure 4-5 X 3u.

That splitting cap you would have seen in Agrocybe species. Not sure which this is, but if it's the one I'm thinking it'll be Agrocybe praecox- though I'm ready to stand corrected. The second looks like Lycogala terrestre. The third is the tricky one, and I have no clue, but just for the records I'll have a wild guess at Melanoleuca sp.
