| | | Legal question re: copyright of Google Earth imagery I'm hoping somebody here can answer this question: If I were to take a screenshot of a Google earth satellite photo, add some graphics to it about, say, access to a particular place, and post it to this or another forum, would that be an infringement of copyright?
If I read their Terms of Use correctly, I think it would, but I'm not sure. Can anybody clarify this?

| | | Re: Legal question re: copyright of Google Earth imagery Had a quick look. My reading of it is it's ok to use the images for personal, non-commercial use. So long as you maintain the google logo and attribute google as the copyright owner.
