I must say, Smartie, I used to just boil up bunches of herbs haphazardly, and add the vinegar separately. (I also used to bathe my dogs with it in the summer.) But I'll search my herbal books for quantities, and get back to you.
Vinegar alone is immediately soothing to exzema added to bathwater.
