| | | Internet Explorer 7 When I change forums now I get IE7 telling me it cannot display the page
and things are really slow.
If the page changes quickly I get parts of IE7 cannot display the page
mixed into the forum page any ideas, it has not done this before today

| | | Re: Internet Explorer 7 I haven't had those exact problems Nightshade, but I've had plenty of others when using WAB via IE. The latest problem has simply been slowness. For the last week or so I've been using Firefox and haven't had any problems at all.
You might want to pay a visit to Oy's link above

| | | Re: Internet Explorer 7 I downloaded Firefox and it is quick. WAB site is presented differently on my PCand some of the short cuts seem to be missing, "CP" for example.
I am currently using IE and the site has recovered its speed to what it was before I questioned it. Techno people must have worked the oracle, thank goodness. Pedestrian did not begin to describe it.

| | | Re: Internet Explorer 7 There is absolutely no need to change your browser. The problems indicated are more likely due to spyware / virus infections or incorrect registry / firewall settings.
Its unfortunate that most bought pc's contain the worst protection regarding antivirus / spam detection etc. It leaves the user thinking that they are well protected and that any fault lies with something else.
IE7 is fine .... and so is firefox |
