I have been here far too long without an avatar/icon

How does one add one?...any help would be great

You need to find a pic and resize it to 80x80, I can help if you can't do this, then go to your user cp and edit avatar. Are you going to use one of your own pics?

Hi Dan
Go to User Control Panel > Edit Avatar and follow instructions from there. Remember that the maximum size of your custom image is 90 by 90 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).

If you go to the avatar section of your profile and add the above link it should do the trick for you.

It is slightly bigger than is allowed but it should resize it for you -works for me anyway!
