Missing Link

Some time ago someone posted a link to a site where one can sell second hand books. I had it bookmarked but when I had computer problems I lost it. Can anyone remember it?
thanks

Re: Missing Link

Thanks boddie but it wasnt Amazon. Something entirely different. The site in question works in a similar way to Amazon.

Re: Missing Link

I know I am bumping this thread. I have a wall full of books which have been read once. I want to sell them online. I recall that someone posted a link for just such a site which I bookmarked and then lost when my puter went down. Can anyone help please? I need to sell them to pay for the ongoing reading habit
Thank you

Got all excited then Jaki. Thought you'd discovered a new species of cavemen.

wack 'em on ebay - start them at a low price and true postage, should get rid of them that way for just a little inconvenience. I'm doing the very thing myself right now!

Re: Missing Link

ebay doesnt pay well for second hand books unfortunatly. Only pennies. Would cost me more than I made to take them to the PO.

Re: Missing Link

I am only selling novels Kymba. I have a wall full of other books I wouldnt part with for a galaxy of money. The ones I am selling are read and discard novels not in any way classics or likely to be. Just thought I might make a bit from them in order to get some more.

Re: Missing Link

It wasn't Bookbarn, was it? I suspect not, as I think you have to physically take the books to them rather than doing it over the net.
