Those of you who are altering the number ordered PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR that it is an AMENDMENT. I do not go back through the list each time to see who has already ordered.

put me down for two winnie - I've been so busy sorting out the supplier, design etc that I forgot to pledge to any myself

My thanks to Owl-Light for helping to keep the numbers correct. I think that next time we do anything like this we will start another thread just for the pre-orders. When we get orders mixed with design it does not help.

just to clarify that they are definitely enamel - We are probably not looking for advance payment (cos refunds would be a bit of a mare if the production fell over) just a firm commitment to buy once they are available.

These threads go on for ever and I am beginning to fail to understand what I am requesting, i.e. is it a landrover, a lexus or a chav - the latter I simply do not have a clue!

My latest request is for 2 badges please, Green background and the text can be brass or silver, upper case or a mixture of upper and lower case.

I think I will pass on the chav, I don't think I have ever had one so I doubt I would miss it. Jon

That's an excellent suggestion Wildone, it will be clearer for everyone. Comments/suggestions in one thread, pre-orders in a separate one.

When the next count is made, maybe you could start a new pre-order thread with it and link to it from here and we can follow that practice for anything similar that comes up in future. Good one

That way Jon won't have so much trouble with threads going on forever either

if you read wildones post above , you will see that you need to put your order on the other thread.

Also if you read back through the thread you will see that the design is pretty much decided as a british racing green square with

So has the design been settled on yet ????

I also help run another website and designed this

It can be embroidered on any clothing, the initial out lay was £120 for the disc to be made. It does get expensive when you go into it.

Hi carp angler - see my post two posts up re the design.

Regarding embriodered hats etc - nice idea , but I think we really need to tackle one thing at a time

That said Ifyou could send me supplier details by pm or post them here I will add them to the file for the future.

As we are based near Peterborough we deal with a local firm Howsafe

But before we had the logo we had them done like this

This one is on a fleece and was cheap to do, as there is no disc to be made with the logo on. I you are wondering what the disc is for it is a computer programme that controls the embroidery machine.

just wondering if these badges are something you plan to keep selling or if this is a 1 off thing here?
I would like 2 but being in Canada for another 5 months is kinda stopping me ordering now. I wont have a fixed address to post to and think if i get them posted to my parents, they might have got lost by the time i return from travels. If its just a 1 off, i might have to risk it and hope they are kept safe for me.

I have sent prices and what have you over to stu by email , but i cant do anything else until he has given a final decision on design, logistics etc - the problem being that both stu and myself have exceedingly busy lives so it is taking some time for us to get up on this - we'll let people know as soon as there is news but until then patience is the name of the game
