Where's Alan?

Haven't seen any posts from him for a while and he's usually quite prolific. Wonder if he's off somewhere warm and sunny or maybe he's hiding in the gallery!!!

The one I wonder about is the Claret Villian, I never saw him post but the name tickled me pink, or was it Claret?

Re: Where's Alan?

When I saw this post I assumed that Alan was on holiday, sunning himself somewhere, but he has not been online for ages. Does anyone know where he is?

He was such a prolific (and interesting) poster. I miss his posts! I hope everything is okay with him.

The story of my life ... never knowing what anyone else is talking about ... I don't remember the wasp farming (although I have my own ideas about aphid farming .... another time perhaps) .... but what's 'scapping'? Please?

Looking at the thread Beryl mentioned, I would guess the same reason as Alan

He said politics to me, but didn't elaborate. As Paul said a great loss here, perhaps he'll return to fold one day!

I like Alan and we have exchange the odd e-mail or two in the past. I hope he returns to us soon. It takes all sorts to make a world and the same applies to a forum.
