| | | Putting up a poll - a plea Hi,
I just wanted to post asking if people can add an option to their polls that enables everyone to take part. For example, polls about ponds should offer an option * I don't have a pond*. The poll result is not observable unless you vote, so those unable to to vote due to the structure of the poll have to choose between not seeing the result or choosing one of the options that doesn't quite fit their view and this slews the poll.
Thanks

| | | Re: Putting up a poll - a plea I thought Jane meant you couldn't/shouldn't see the results unless you voted. An opt-out vote such as 'don not have a pond', would add to the poll results and encourage those that would otherwise not vote. |

| | | Re: Putting up a poll - a plea I didn't notice the view results button But it would be nice to have a N/A option on polls for those who don't fit the other options provided. Or maybe an "I don't know" option. It would make the polls more representative I think .... and in future I shall look more carefully for "view results" buttons
