My chap and I are going halves in buying each other a new pair of binoculars to end the arguments about who gets to use the one decent pair of Leicas we've got. Off to the RSPB equipment day at Sandy next week to try some out. And, given the weather this autumn, I hope Santa is bringing me a pair of waterproof trousers. |

To be honest there is nothing I want within my family's budget ie a bed(well a bigger one anyway!!) or some new binoculars. So instead I am getting a watch (which I do need) and hopefully a very happy christmas day with just me and my 4 kids which is how I much prefer it
