According to "Mammals of the World", Koalas smell faintly of eucalyptus.

Well, as they live on eucalyptus I should think they would smell of it faintly which woul answer boddies origenal question that started this thread.  |

I have it in my mind that raw eucalyptus leaves are a narcotic and koala bears therefore spend thier lives stoned. Then again I could be wrong
