Ya bandit, it's cold

For the first time tonight my ride was cold. Ears, toes and hands all took a battering desite my usualy attire. I am currently sat here starkers, thawing out, prior to a nice long shower.

More information than we needed, Boddie!!

It certainly is cold, though. Might need the old electric blanket on tonight.

Electric blanket? I've never used one. I tell a lie, I seem to remember my nana having one years ago, and I thought it was well dodgy, probably all the wires that were showing....

Hot water bottle.... yes!

Mine's quite safe - it's fairly new. But I have always had one for as long as I can remember. Hot water bottles just don't do the job for me.

We still have the bedroom windows open for fresh air. I just can't stand getting into cold sheets. Brrrr!!!

Re: Ya bandit, it's cold

Yep, its certainly much colder tonight, according to the weather forecasts we should get some proper frosts at the weekend.

I don't like electric blankets, getting into bed and sticking your freezing cold feet on the wife is much more fun, as long as you're quick enough to dodge the resulting punch!!!!

Re: Ya bandit, it's cold

I don't need an electric blanket as I have enough blubber around my body to act as insulation - don't I Diane?
