A little ditty

I'm not a poet, and I know it, but I thought I would give it a bash too so here goes ..

For Nature I'm a bit of a nutter,
Many times I have been heard to utter,
"Ohhhh, look over there!",
And then stand and stare,
While my companions all fidget and mutter.

It's fascinating to me, now you see,
Be it bird, ant, flower or tree,
But they just cannot grasp
Why I sit on the path
Trying to photograph the underside of a bee.

There's never a dull moment, I've found,
There is always something around,
There are so many ways,
To spend passing the days,
Wild About Britain - that's me!
