| | | WAB music!! When I'm on WAB I always have cordless headphones on so I can listen to great music whilst enjoying my fav website. It helps me to concentrate without the distractions of the TV, X-box, PS-2 etc.... blasting in my ear, plus my family all hate my choice of music
I was just wondering if anyone else out there does the same?
Purely for interests sake I am currently listening to the new album by Evanescence called "The open door", quite honestly the best album that I have heard in the last 5 years |

Nice | I used to like depeche mode, their early stuff, esp A broken frame. These days, I like everything from classic fm to iron maiden, just depends on the mood.

| | | Re: WAB music!! I mostly listen to DP's remixed stuff. They are the most remixed band in history and I like all the genres available. I must have in excess of 1,000 DP tracks, everything from dub to drum and bass |

Perhaps now you can all see why my family hate my choice of music, I'm just an ageing headbanger I guess |

I have already downloaded 47 of their previous tracks and like Boddie I am downloading the Open door as I type this up.
What a voice Amy Lee has. One of the best rock females i have ever heard.

I was in a band called translucent aardvark - unfortunately the name was the best thing about us - we were a bit like the quireboys , who themselves were a bit of a one hit wonder with "hey you" but without the talent, our biggest gig was 40 or so drunk rugby fans who showed their appreciation by showering us with beer bottles

my tastes are more indie than metal. Anythig along the lines of The Smiths, Suede, Cocteau Twins, to Faithless and Air. I also listen to some classical these days. Must be getting old...

I also have two chemical brothers CDs and a couple of full on dance mix tapes by my mate Si's bro DJ Marley - "In deep space ..... abandoned ... any crew.... negative" and the Working week No paseran mix - a sort of dance protest song about the then situation in nicuragura - no paseran is spanish for they shall not pass and was sampled from el presedentes address to his people
I'll listen to all sorts depending on my mood - I'm going to a Dvorak, rachmaninov, and profokiev oboe recital next week ....
