WAB Wikipedia Entry

Noticing that there was a sizable entry on Wikipedia on deviantART, I felt that Wild About Britian should be represented too, so I created a very short entry there myself here. I just used some of the info from the WAB Homepage and edited it a little, I hope this acceptable.

Stu please let me know if you don't want this and I'll get it removed, or better still edit it yourself to add/amend suitable information.

For those unfamiliar with Wikipedia its a multilingual, Web-based free content encyclopedia project and like WAB anyone can add information or edit the content. I find it enormously informative and useful. Its usually very accurate too.

Good for you Sheryl. I am sure Stuart would welcome this idea. Anything that helps increase visibility of the site and promotes its aims has to be a good thing

I hope so. A bit worried that I should have asked first really but WAB really deserves to be recognised.

Re: WAB Wikipedia Entry

Thanks everyone. Glad you are all OK with it. I'll add an entry for "WAB" to link to it and "Wild About the World"/"WATW" too soon. Don't forget anyone can add/edit it too, you just have to register a username and password first thats all.

Re: WAB Wikipedia Entry

Well done Sheryl.

Anything that raises the profile of WAB and gets us more members is alright with me.
