I totally agree and frustratingly after 17 years in the game my downfall is im a pretty good lead guitarist and i can kinda sing....but try and get me to play any kind of guitar and sing at once......impossible...i admire anyone who can play the most simple rythm guitar and still sing...i can strum songs on acoustic and sing thats about it ( wish you were here etc)

Ok its on again tonight ! he has made it through 2 live finals now, one show with lionel ritchie and last week with rod stewart ! any votes or support for ben tonight would be ace ....I think its tony bennet tonight which is going to be interesting with bens voice? i wonder how he will do ?

Lemar was a runner up on the original fame acadamy...the winner didnt get past the first very poor album , lemar is on album 3 or 4 and picked up two mobo's

so im not worried if ben wins or not now.

But...liona is hugely talented but like you said, Whitney, Maria Carey, Christina, Celine dion....do we need another? its all been done before....
where as its been decades since we had a joe cocker or rod stewart .

Oh wow all 3 IMO were great I am a lover of Celine Dion etc but the emotion from Ben and his singing was great.All 3 desrve to win but Ben got my vote.Wow he is just gorgeous and I love that huskiness in his voice.He pipped it for me with his second song although I cant say I know it, at least I dont remember it.I usually like to know the songs perhaps it wasnt my scene once but there was a lot of emotion in it for me GO BEN GO

Afraid I was never really into either.I have always liked Elvis Whitney Celine and stuff like that.Although I like Rod Stuart too.I think its the sexy husky voices that do it for me.Oh and Ben has the most lovely eyes.

Ben should be in the final, it's a fix. That Ray is a wxxxxx & has less singing ability in the whole of his body than Ben has in his heart.

he sang the last goodbye song better than he did in the heat too!

Boo hoo I missed it.Well if other X factor runner ups are anything to go by we will hear Ben on top one day.I didnt think Ray made the most of his second song.His voice wasnt powerful enough for You'll never walk alone.Not enough ooomph.The public went for him because of the tears at the end of the song IMO.I still say Go Ben go well done and good luck
