Earth Hart : I don't like milk chocolate I am afraid. Sheryl best fits the description and wins the prize of the beautiful young lady to be Arwen anyway .. I'll be the greedy one sitting around the back stuffing my face with dark chocolate, the bitterer the better.

But I don't mind being a random Wood Elf, it adds a bit of mystery Rivendell was lovely but Lothlorien looked more like home to me And besides who could live up to Liv Tyler in the role eh. I'd like to know where she got her riding coat in Fellowship though I'd love one like it.
I don't care for milk chocolate much myself EH. Like Susie, its Dark Chocolate for me too 65 -75% for my pallet. I like it nice and dark but not bitter myself. Yummy! See what you've done I really want some now |

Now are you going to be a good Arwen & take the chocolate to W.W. so we can proceed on our quest? Have'nt seen Strider for some time, he's probably doing his own thing striding out over the Shire. Hope he gets back soon then, oh no, we've still to find a pap.

Today I journeyed through the dark wood. The Ents were on the move as the trees woke from their summer sleep. Gripping the Earth with their claws the Great Oaks drew song from the depts of the Earth. A rumbling song that rippled through the ground like ultrasound. In the distance some say the Elephants replied in kind. |

2. This thread should be titled LOTR and not HP
3. I'm also not that into LOTR books or films. It took alot for me to pick up a book, let alone read it. Now that JKR has given me the reading bug, and I do have the LOTR on DVD I'll give it a chance and hopefully be able to join in some how.

No reason why we can't bring Harry back into it too. Autumn really is the time for a little bit of magic If you could play a role in HP who would you be?
Hope you get to tune into LOTR too. Once it grabs you, it really stays with you. Its Ray Mears' favourite book and Christopher Lee who plays Saurman in the movies has said he reads the Lord of the Rings every year. |

May I put them in my tree file?
I saw some Ents in Newnham Paddox the other week, very friendly bunch.
Someone said Gandolf was on his way here, hope he doesn't guess...

I love his portrayal of George, Sheriff of Nottingham, he undoubtably stole the film from Kevin Costner To prove such, when they put out the special edition, they put all the George parts they had cut, back in again!

Maggie Smith plays Professor McGonigal - gotta love the cool metamorphosis into a cat trick.
And May I have to agree, Rickers as Melotron is fantastic, and as the Sherriff too |

Even out of character, he has a menace about him but then, that's what people want. She said that he sat with a group of them and wanted to know what had happened to Glaston, as it felt defferent. He's right, there is a very odd feel to the place these days. Top man for spotting it.

Which is kinda confirmed by the Glastiobnury comment he made. I wonder what's going on with the place? |

Go in 'cloaked' with protection up.
I do not like it. A few days after Beithe sold her flat in the town, she noticed the difference in herself & so did I. She was brighter, much Brighter. Glastonbury sucks

I've never been there myself. Too many tourists draining the place of its natural atmosphere I expect and projecting sticky fantasies/emotions around the place. I dun like that either, Yuck. |

| | | Re: Harry Potter Given the HP books, Rickman still has more of a great role to fulfill. I just couldn't imagine anyone else pulling off the part of Snape so brilliantly in the films.
Maggie Smith as Mcgonagall is a brilliantly well presented role too.
The trio(Ron, Hermione, Harry (Rupert, Emma, Dan)) have been given a great start having had, and still having the opportunity of working with such famed actors. (I say actors because it's no longer pollitically correct to split the male and female genders!!)
If you have had the privilege of reading all 6 of the Potter series by JKRowling then you can fully understand the brilliance of the films also. btw Book 7(last of the series is due out 07/07/07 for those of you who are interested, and the 5th film - HP and the Order of the Phoenix is due in the cinemas that same month.
I suspect the same for LOTR. I'll read the books eventua | |
