With all the campaigns asking us to turn off unneeded lights, why oh why ((c) points of view), in your average town centre, has every closed shop lit up like Blackpool Illuminations? Not exactly carbon-neutral. |

| | | Re: Do you window shop... Let's just have street lighting & see what happens. I think you'll be able to see the stars at night, because most light pollusion comes from shops and offices since street lights, in the main, shine down.
Something for the next election.  I wish. Still, who ever gets in, lets hope they put a tax on after-hours lighting.
