I just found this on the web - Google is a good thing  http://www.wildbritart.com/
Basically it appears to be our equivalent but for clip art rather than photos , it is run by a bloke called will buckingham and would be brilliant for people doing worksheets for kids , or leaflets etc.
he has a link to us on his site so I thought I would return the favour on here

That is excellent especially the resource page for colouring pages.All kids love paper, pens and colouring in.My grandchildren have a playroom in my house and always want paper and colouring now I can print off the colouring sheets and it will occupy them for ages
