Bayer accidentelly imported GM long grain rice
it then delayed reporting it to Bushes government
which then waited 18 days before acting is this called
collusion?

I am suprised that officials here did not pick it up (or is it a Blair blind eye)
Surely Maff/Defra or whatever they call themselves nowdays should have been on to it
