Moustache you a question

Following my weeks roughing it in Scotland I am sporting a fine beard, which I considered keeping but find rather itchy.

I am therefore contemplating a Murphy's Law (James Nesbit) type moustache.

I thought Bruce Grobbelar had taken up acting when I say Mr Nesbit's facial attire.

Boddie, think of all the famous people with that 'tache, Freddie Mercury, Thomas Magnum, The Village People....

From a ladies point of view so long as said item of facial attire is kept short, sculptured and scrubbed clean, I think they look sophisticated. No caveman jobs please Andrew. Jules

According to my Czech friends at the weekend I looked like Bruce Willis. Not sure if that is a good thing. My old Nan says I look like James Nesbit anyway, but that was when I had very big burners. I am in that transitional period at the moment where it itches and I will have to exfoliate and condition I think, but I am sure it will be worth it

That itchiness soon goes Andrew, and then the sublime realisation you don't have to shave in the morning, just an occasional trim. Well worth it!

I have to admit that I really dislike shaving and most of my mates have said to go for it so I will see how my boss takes to it on Thursday. All being well, a gurt big handlebar tache is on its way

I grew a great big wooly beard last year - the kind you can hide a bagder in. The plus side is that i could sit their and play with it , which used to drive my boss bonkers - we have an open plan office. Then a nice young lady told me she thought i was much more handsome clean shaven so I shaved it off.

On balance I think the clean shaven look helps men of their early middle years (such as the and me) to look younger, whilst also allowing us the option of the louche three day stubble rough and ready look when appropriate (such as when I cant afford a razor , not a problem you are likely to have admittedly )

So if you want my opinion, shave it ooof
