I just watched your clip with the lyre bird and it was so facinating! The way it imitated the camera, it sounded so real! I've heard of a lyre Bird but I didn't know how cool it was.. It's better than a parrot

There was a film clip a few years ago which I think was presented by David Attenborough. Ironically the bird in the clip was adept at copying the sound of a chainsaw! They live in forested habitats..

edit: I typed the above out before watching the clip! That'll teach me!!

I saw this on SKY digital a couple of months ago, there was a series a called my favourite attenbourgh moment and i think this was voted as the best ever clip It is an absolutely amazing clip.
