I'm off to Llangollen for four days at the beginning of September and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good places to see wildlife there. I know that up by Dinas Bran you can see certain birds of prey but not much else. Does anyone know where i can watch mammals or are they anywhere and everywhere?

Thanks nightshade. Lots of ideas there. Might see if I can spot some Otters along the canal. Though I won't bet on my chances of seeing any.
