Re: Perseid Meteor Shower tonight

Good Luck, Kev. I will be up into the early hours, myself, but I don't hold out much hope with this weather. I will probably have to content myself with the tail end of it in a couple of days. This seems to happen every year!
cheers

Re: Perseid Meteor Shower tonight

I'm thinking Cleeve Hill east of Cheltenham, far enough away from the light pollution and a good view NE. Need to brush up on my sky photography technique. 28mm lens iso 400, 10 minute exposure . May even get to see some Badgers

I think I'll be safe enough *chuckle*

Small world. I first lived in Bredon, then moved to Winchcome, Pittville, London Road then Charlton Kings. I have actually had more addresses than my age. Bit of a gypo

That was a complete waste of time. Heavy rain all night! Typical.

Re: Perseid Meteor Shower tonight

Spent an hour or so up on the hills early hours of today and got a 10 minute break in the clouds. Saw one trail but it was a 747 lol. I'll try again tonight
