| I bashed my head on the gutter down pipe on one of our birdhides yesterday (stood up into it  ) - see pic below , it looks worse than it is , although I managed to get a bit of concussion 
I pm'd boddie and gill about this yesterday to say that i wouldnt be on late as the doc advided me to get an early night , thought I'd told you as well but evidentally not.
no lasting damage - to me anyway , the bird hide needs a new downpipe tho
